Simon Goldfine, President
Simon is the president and owner of Sierra Peaks and is responsible for supporting his world-class team so they can support our clients. Before becoming company president, Simon was the SPC general manager and business development manager. Simon spent a decade as a special agent in the Diplomatic Security Service before joining the SPC team. He is passionate about spending time with his wife and four kids, doing home improvement projects, and keeping tabs on the New Mexico beer scene.
Karen Rose, Director of Accounting
As the director of accounting Karen is responsible for financial reporting and job analysis. Karen has a bachelor's degree in mathematics and has experience in public and private accounting with an emphasis in tax and financial reporting. Karen is passionate about the environment and the sustainability of our natural resources from the beauty of the ocean to the songs of the birds that live in the forests.
Tim Brooks, Director of Business Development
Tim is the Sierra Peaks director of business development, committed to developing technical solutions for every client. He has more than 25 years of proposal development and account management experience and is an expert at building lasting client relationships. Tim enjoys hiking and camping combined with wildlife observation and photography.
Nicole Poland, Maine Programs Manager
Nicole oversees all of the programs, production, and staff in Rockland, ME, ensuring the site runs efficiently as the Maine Site Manager. She graduated from the Maine Maritime Academy with a degree in international business and logistics. Nicole cares deeply about community development and supporting those around her.
ESABELLE JACINTO, DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS, NM
Esabelle Jacinto oversees all operations out of the New Mexico facility. She graduated with a B.S. in aerospace engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a master’s degree in industrial engineering from the University of Houston. Esabelle has worked in a variety of industries and has a strong background in quality management and production. She’s passionate about coaching volleyball in the fall seasons, spending time with her husband and 3 dogs, and enjoying walks on the Bosque with her family.
John “jake” Hawley, va programs manager
As the VA Programs Manager, Jake is responsible for running Sierra Peaks’ government contracts and acts as a liaison for all customers in the Virginia area. Most recently, Jake spent eight years in the United States Marine Corps as a mortarman. He then worked as a security contractor for the Department of State in Iraq, The Central African Republic, and Somalia. Jake enjoys working out, shooting sports, camping, and other outdoor activities and games.
